These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutomateAgencies.io platform and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AutomateAgencies.io ("AutomateAgencies.io," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of products, programs, coaching, software tools, and services provided by AutomateAgencies.io (“Services”).
By purchasing, using, or participating in any of our Services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

AutomateAgencies.io provides:

Coaching and mentoring program;

Access to software tools and snapshots;

Training videos, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and educational content;

Support and resources to assist agency owners in starting, automating, and scaling their businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment in Full

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by AutomateAgencies.io, all Services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

3.2 Instalment Plans

Where approved, mentees may pay via monthly instalments. By choosing instalments, the Client:

Agrees to complete all payments;

Authorises AutomateAgencies.io to automatically debit the chosen payment method;

Understands that late or failed payments may result in suspension or removal from all Services.

3.3 Late or Failed Payments

We may, at our discretion:

Suspend access to programs, coaching, software, and materials;

4.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund after 182 days (6 months) only if you meet all of the following criteria:

You have not earned at least the amount you invested into the AutomateAgencies.io program within the 182-day period; and

You have fully committed to and participated in the program, demonstrated by completing all of the required actions below:

Coaching Calls: You must provide evidence of attending at least 24 coaching calls.

Outreach: You must show proof of completing at least 490 outreach actions per week throughout the 182-day period.

Training Completion: You must have watched the full training course.

4.2 Proof Requirements

You must provide verifiable evidence (screenshots, logs, CRM data, etc.).
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the refund request being denied.

4.3 When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available if you:

Request a refund before 182 days have passed;

Fail to meet the required activity or attendance criteria;

Stop participating in the program;

Are removed from the program due to non-payment or breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by AutomateAgencies.io — including software, videos, SOPs, documents, training, systems, branding, and all digital assets — remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your own business.

You may not:

Copy, resell, or distribute our content;

Share program materials with non-members;

Use our materials to create competing products or coaching programs;

Rebrand our systems or documents as your own.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any infringement.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information upon registering;

Maintain the confidentiality of login details;

Actively participate in the program;

Use the software, training, and strategies ethically and legally;

Comply with all marketing, advertising, and data protection regulations relevant to your business.

We are not responsible for results affected by your level of effort, implementation, or external factors.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Guarantee of Results

Your business results depend on your effort, market conditions, skill level, and other factors outside our control.
AutomateAgencies.io does not guarantee any specific income, number of clients, or financial performance.

7.2 No Liability for Your Clients

AutomateAgencies.io is not liable in any way for the actions, results, complaints, losses, damages, or disputes involving your clients, prospects, or any third parties who interact with your business.

You are solely responsible for all services, commitments, and deliverables provided to your own customers.

7.3 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomateAgencies.io shall not be liable for:

Loss of income or profits;

Business interruption;

Loss of data;

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Any decisions made based on our content or coaching.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

Violate these Terms;

Fail to make payments;

Engage in unethical, abusive, or harmful behaviour;

Misuse our materials or intellectual property.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all program content and tools.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
